Atrocious service from driver and call centre

Absolutely atrocious service. Driver is sitting at complexes doing God knows what. Sent him multiple messages that he doesn't read. Call the call centre to complain and I get told "did i call the driver department" I didn't even know there was a separate number to for that. Food came ice cold and the driver still has the audacity to give me attitude. He is lucky I didn't beat him up. Do better Mr D. We pay a lot of money for your service. It's not free.
