Atrocious Service Delivery!

I am absolutely appalled not only by the state in which a received my food.. But the refusal to refund my money because I moved the pizza to take better pictures!!!! *** Mr D??? I wish I could upload the photos and show you what a horrible condition I got my food in after I paid almost R260 for my damn food!!!!

I called your call center and I don't even want to talk about the fact that the lady told me that she can't refund me my money because I moved the pizza to take photos.. Photos must be taken of the product upon arrival!!!! What absolute BS is this!!!! Your drivers have absolutely no regard for your consumers and our money... We spend thousands of Rands on using your app only to be disrespected by your ******** drivers!

I want my refund! I don't care if it's just R250..
