Assaulted by Mr Delivery driver

Today, was attacked by your driver after asking him to wait abut whilst on the line with Mr D. Explained they only have 2 items instead of what I ordered 3 items. And he shouted at me and said he was leaving. As I was taking a picture of his motorbike. He shoved and pushed me, broke 2 nails and new phone scratches as a result as he tried to grab my phone and throw it on the ground. I fought for my phone security at complex saw him and he drove off with the order. Mr Delivery has laid a complaint and nothing else.
