Asked for a "Tip"

Mr Delivery has never really impressed me, the delivery guys are never friendly and some are never on time. I placed an order with Superbalist and waited for Mr D to let me know the order is on its way, usually, I get a confirmation message, this time around I got nothing. Mr D just showed up at my company with my package, I was completely unaware that the order was on its way (luckily I was at the office to receive it) As if this did not upset me enough the delivery guy had a very bad attitude and was extremely unfriendly. I handed him the money, cash on delivery, he took the money looked down at it disgusted and asked: "are you seriously not going to give me a tip?" Here is my problem with this: I always give a tip for free delivery/food deliveries, but when I pay a shipping or delivery fee I do not do this, I have paid for this package more than enough, it is the delivery employees work he gets paid a salary just like me, I do not walk to my customers asking for tips after they purchase from my company. Mr D's service horrifies me, I am almost always upset after **** bussiness with them, hopefully one of these days they will improve on their customer services.
