Arrogant customer service

I received the the wrong order. Which I understand mistakes happenen. I was credited to wallet fair enough but I was assisted by arrogant person named Zayaan. He was under the impression that he was doing me a favor. After stating to him I don't eat the wrongly delivered items he tells me I can eat it or throw it away like I benefited from the situation. Extremely poor customer service. Clearly has an big ego and doesn't have the ability to work customer services
