Appalling service - Refund not awarded

I was very disappointed by the ******** act that Mr Delivery stunted on me. I ordered a meal on on their app and due to technical errors on their app, my ordered was not fulfilled even though I had paid for the meal. i was promised a refund and was never refunded. I then ordered on another occasion and my order went to the wrong location. I tried to contact the driver but unfortunately couldn't reach him. Another R168.78 gone. In that occasion I submitted the complaint and they actually refunded me. But they still have not refunded my first R168.78 refunded till this day. I am really disappointed.
