APPALLING SERVICE MR DELIVERY

I placed an order from OB through MR D on Thursday around 16:30. The food was ready by 17:12 and I only received it around 20:00.

I called the Mr D head office numerous times and they were absolutely useless. No one could tell me exactly what was happening with my order and why its taking so long!
