Appalling service

Not even deserving of 1 star!!! Truly pathetic. Ordered on Mr D app from McDonald's Westgate Mitchell's Plain. Order was terribly wrong. My kids food nowhere to be found and they went with me to collect. Now I'm sitting with no food and hungry kids. Not even an apology when calling in to find out what the heck happened or even a "sorry we will comp your delivery fee" nothing.
