Appalling service

I'm very disappointed with Mr D it's sad when a loyal customer gets mistreated I order lunch for my wife yesterday and the drive punched in the wrong address result in my delivery being unsuccessful . I received a call from customer care and promises were made that I would be refunded for the delivery not received I'm still waiting. Poor service if I could give you a minus one I would
