Appalling Service

Takealot package ordered and paid for on 04-09-2015 at 10am. Extra fee for same day delivery paid. Mr Delivery failed to driver package within the same day despite the branch being within 10km of the delivery address. Delivery rescheduled to 05-09-2015 (before 12pm). I contacted Mr Delivery and spoke to Yolanda at 11:45 for an update and she assisted the delivery would be made on time. The driver has still not delivered my package as of 12:15. This is pathetic service.
