Appalled!

I ordered a meal from Mcdonalds along with 2 ice creams. The order was 135 in total. The driver arrives with just my meal stating that Mcdonalds contacted me to inform me that they did not have any ice cream, but I should still pay the full amount for the food. The ice creams alone costed R90.

I refused to take the order while the driver had a terrible attitude.

I am appalled by the service as I am a loyal customer.
