APPALING SERVICE FROM MR DELIVERY

Appalling service. Order placed and put through at restaurant all fine. Driver picked up order as per app. Notification on app that driver had delivered order yet no one arrived at my house. Only 10 minutes later did my food arrive in the pouring rain and it was ice cold, so i threw it away as it was now congealed pasta and inedible. Answer from Mr D send photographic evidence which I did in the form of screenshots and pics of my empty drive and also the driver arriving which were time stamped. Still no compensation at all. Not even a refund of the drivers tip and delivery charge
