APP ISSUES

Good day

I honestly love Mr Delivery App. However on the 17th of March I ordered food round about 12:45. My order was placed but cancelled by the restaurant. I am not sure as to why it was cancelled but I tried to place the order again and it gave me an error saying "authentic error". Just before I went to lunch I tried to place it again which means its I'm placing 3 orders in less than 15 minutes. I then phoned Mr Delivery to find out about the scenario. I spoke to Suaab who spoke in circles telling me that there is nothing he can do. Eventually I asked to speak to his manager and the manager advised me that he will be able to do a refund. I just spent my entire lunch resolving an incident instead of doing something constructive.
