Angry client

I am so dissapointed on Mr D i ordered using Mr D on Sunday my order did not arrive and i have paid of my account they said the money will refunded on my account still nothing yesterday i ordered as i needed essentials i am in hospital and i gave them a benefit of a doubt to trust them again but they let me down again this time same thing money of my account no goods recieved no feedback nothing i am not happy at all im sick and due to this pandamic no one can come and buy these things i need them i saw fit that if i use Mr D app it will help me but no its letting me down
