Always something wrong with our Mr Delivery order

Very disappointed in Mr Delivery, AGAIN. They cooldrinks always leak and then you end up with a wet bag with your food in. This time we lost food that fell out because of the damaged bag! So at the end you pay for food that you can't eat. The delivery guy just give you the half cups of cooldrink cuz most of it leaked out on the way here. Very very disappointing.
