Always Late!!!!!

This is NOT the first time I have ordered food from Mr Delivery and it is LATE! No notifications received, no updates, you wait 10 minutes on the line and no one answers. You log a query and no one responds.

The application is supposed to be for convenience, I could’ve honestly just gotten into my car and gone to get my own damn food! Nothing convenient about this app! and best part you must CALL THEM to find out where your food is and NO ONE IS GOING TO RESPOND!!!
