Always cold food

They should teach the drivers to use or read GPS or appoint people who can. The food is ALWAYS cold, issue resolve from their support desk is slow, the driver can see the address is very far from my house but still delivers it to the unknow address. Such a great idea the app but the worst at organizing their staff! Some of the drivers are so nice but a pitty the service is so poor! Been a client since it came out, and always cold food and lost drivers.
