Again, bad service and food from Mr D Food

We placed an order via the Mr D Food app to steers.

Afrer 50min The order arrived, agian the order was incomplete, wrong and all the ingredients was old, the buns crumpled and you couldnt pick it up, the checken en beef was do dry and hard if it was old stock that was heated in the microwave. Our drinks didnt even arrive with. The order was over R300 so why are we getting this bad service as this is the 4th time in a row we had issues with mr d food and their franchises.
