Accusations on contacting me, but never did

Mr.Delivery never contacted me in regards with sending out my FNB card, which is an urgent matter. I received an SMS stating that they tried getting hold of me but was unable and i must contact their call centre, So I called yesterday, waited on the line for 25 min, no answer. then during my lunch hour, i called once again, waited 40 min for no answer. This is really bad service, they didn't even try to contact me again.
