Account not credited

Placed an order with @MrD_SouthAfrica. I had money in my credit wallet and an amount was deducted from my bank account. But the order was voided. I received the credit wallet balance back into my MRD account but the money in my bank account was not reversed. I questioned this on Whatsapp. But was told to mail then a bank statement even though I sent a proof of payment. The agent rudely ended the chat without answering why the proof of payment does not suffice and when I requested him to delete my @MrD_SouthAfrica account.
