Account hacked left high and dry!!!!

Account was hacked like 3 months ago, was told by Lawrence he would be keeping me updated and would resolve this and I would get my credit refunded into my account.

Not a peep in weeks just silent, if you use this App anyone can get access their security is pathetic and they will just ignore you!

I am absolutely disgusted and shocked with the level of service. Not only that but no notification that someone hacked the account and changed email address and username and used a non South African phone number.
