Abysmal service levels. Looks a lot like blatant theft...

Mr D Food seems unable to maintain service levels with the restarants linked to their service. I have to log a query about incorrect/missing items with almost every sngle order I place through Mr D Food. Futhermore, my last few queries have just been ignored. I'm still having my orders messed up, only now Mr D Food is no longer correcting the situation by refunding me for the missing items. I was already getting tired of having to submit a query with almost every order, but now I'm just being ignored. This level of service is unacceptable and my money is basically being ****** by Mr D Food.
