Abusive delivery experience

So tonight my family and I decided to rather order Mc Donalds instead of Sunday dinner. We make use of Mr D about twice a week and todays experience would be the reason for never making use of their service. My food arrived soon after the order was placed but this is where Mr D lost the plot. When the driver got out i greeted him but i was shocked by the fact that this guy was so under the influence of something he he could not stand still he proceeded to bring me my food. I pointed out to him that the packet was torn open where he then started to get aggressive using verbal abusive slurs towards me. I stated the fact that we are in a pandemic and it is simple health protocol where he then just sped off. Shocking. I think that Mr D needs to have a better control of who they employ as it was made clear by their call centre that its not a controlled environment.
