Absolutely Shocking Behaviour

I had a parcel that I purchased from Takealot, that I wished to return.

The driver came to pick it up on 22/11/2017 at approximately 09:35.

The pickup was from David Brown Santasalo in Benoni.

The driver had an incredibly bad attitude, refusing to sign into security after which he continued to verbally abuse the security guards. On top of his he was very obscene wit the receptionist, this was in front of clients. having a bad reflection on us.

According to the security he has behaved in this profane manner on other occasions.

Kindly reprimand the driver and ensure that this appalling behavior is never repeated
