Absolutely ridiculous.

I placed an order at 12:20 on Monday 01 July. When I received my order, they had only delivered my drink and chips, no burger. I queried this with the restaurant and also logged a query. A driver was sent out when I first called at 13:10. I called back again at 14:00 as I still did not received my food. I called 5 times or more. I only received my cold burger at 4pm that afternoon. Up until today Mr Delivery has not responded to my query. They are really useless and I will advise no one to use this app.
