ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

My driver delivered to a wrong address, then didn’t bother to let me know where he was. He didn’t answer my messages and switched off his phone. I was told I can’t get a full refund. This is Mr Delivery incompetence not mine, the customer. I want a full refund or I will take this further. I will just stick to Uber eats going forward. I paid for a service not delivered… You have violated CPA regulations.. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE. DFD***
