When did it all become business before customer service?

I made a mistake on the delivery address and messaged the driver before he left for the delivery. He took down the new address and was ready to come but then messaged and said his manager told him he could not do that.

I literally watched him drive past may current address to the incorrect one and then cancel the order when there was no one to collect???

Really... what are you guys doing???
