I cannot remember the last time our order was correct. Clearly no driver checks the order when they collect it. This creates a huge time waste and much confusion. I last encounter was today again with Romans Pizza. We ordered 4 small Pizza's and 1 large. MrD arrived with 5 small Pizza's. The driver took the 1 incorrect small back and arranged for the large to be delivered. I phoned the Romans Pizza outlet to make sure everything was known about and in order. 1 hour and 20 minutes later and we are still waiting so decided to phone again...yes, the pizza has just been sitting there for the past hour... undelivered. This is only one case. This happens 8 times out of 10, incorrect delivery and that's not an exaggeration. Are drivers not supposed to check the order before they leave the shop?
