-5 stars infact for CONSISTENT INCONVENIENCE of clients

A few days ago I ordered medicine the payment went through but I was only told afterwards that the items are placed in our basket are out of order. The money was placed in my credit wallet and I have been trying to use it since yesterday. I have been trying to place orders ever since but I get an error message saying that my order is unsuccessful. The support staff has been sending me from pillar to post and I am starving I need my order. With all these attends I've been making to get my order to be processed and delivered to my house Mike my credit wallets is now sitting on zero even though the orders are still not processed. The support staff is even lying about trying to contact me knowing very good and well that there's load shedding but they make one attempt to call me.
