4 hours and still no delivery

I've ordered from Mr Delivery here in Edenvale today and I can believe the poor service we've had to deal with!<br> I called in at 15:40 for a delivery and they told me the drivers are running a bit late, and the delivery could take up to an hour (that's okay, I'm not unreasonable). The problem though, is that it's now almost 19:00 and all I can get out of their call center is that the driver has not yet EVEN arrived to pick up my order slip, and then I'm put on hold for another 10 minutes after which they ask if they can call me back with more information.<br> I have called 3 times to check on this since ordering and still nothing!
