4 hour wait for ordered food!

We waited 4 hours for an order. We paid online, and there was a problem with the website. Money went off our account but order was not placed. We phoned the national hotline who said they would place our order and sort it out....nothing happened. Phoned an hour later, there was no record of our order. 3 phone calls later, and four hours after our initial order our food arrived and the order was wrong. We ate it anyway because we were STARVING.
