3 hours delivery

i ordered as always during my lunch time the order never got to me in 2 hours when I was estimated about 30 minutes I decided to go across the street and buy steers instead of the kfc I ordered had my dinner as I work night shift and i always use mr D i finished my dinner at 21h00 so late was so hungry....45 from my dinner when i already waited almost 3 hours for the food they call to say food is at the gate.I didnt accept it as i already spent money on my other dinner I am so disappointed. i wish to cancel my profile with hem and i just advised all my colleges who have been using them for very long time now to delete and only use uber or other services as they will not have a pleasant meal we always use Mr D the whole night shift staff on a dally. but seems they feel they made enough money to drop their service to customers.already its hard enough to deal with their drivers who demand a tip or else next meal they drop will be a special meal ......
