2hour wait, driver never delivered food!!!

I placed an order at 20:17..at 21:23 I called Mr delivery to enquire about my food and I was informed that the driver is approaching th restuarant... I called again at 9:40 and was told the driver is in the restuarant. I had to call a third time only for them to tell me that the driver only passed the restaurant and its too late to get my food. This is beyond incompetence. I had to be the one constantly communicating with them and no one got back to me on the progress of my delivery. What must happen now?? And all I got was a measly R50 voucher as compensation, when I patiently waited for a non existent resolution??? Unacceptable.
