2 HOURS FOR ONE NAAN BREAD!!?

<p>So last night i placed an order with mr delivery for one butter chicken and a chilli cheese naan bread and theres already another naan bread that comes standard with the butter chicken so when i got my order at 6:21 my boyfriend collected it and as soon as i saw it, i noticed one of the naan breads were missing so i called mr delivery immediately and then the lady i spoke to said they will call one of the delivery guys and get someone out to bring the naan to me...then at 7:05pm i havent heard anything so i called again and now spoke to a different woman who said she cant see anything about the food items missing and will escalate this so clearly the first woman done nothing and then she said she will call me back as she kept me on hold forever (i noticed they like keeping you on hold) and then i waited till 7:35pm and still no call and then i called back again and spoke to another woman who said she can see nothing done and will escalate it as well and then will call me back...i then waited again till 7:46pm and called again and now spoke to another woman who went and spoke to her manager and they then ordered me another naan but i already paid for my entire meal and gave the guy a tip as well and then eventually after all the drama, my naan arrived at 8:10pm when my food was already ice cold and this guy still looked at me like he expected a tip....pathetic service and im deleting the app and will never use this **** service again, i will rather go order it at the place myself and collect cause waiting two hours for a single naan is unacceptable!!</p>
