2 hours for food, then driver has no change,food order is incorrect

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...

First time ordering and thought id recommend this service however this is terrible for any industry.

My food is 2 hours late, then the driver has no change I had to break the money just to make change, third he delivers the incorrect order.

Do you guys not check your orders? In a case of a delay do you advise the client after an hour that you are delayed? A driver with no change really?
