1 Very bad service Mr D

We order on Mr D. Mr D send a message they are here my husband went out Mr D was not there. I already paid for the order. They took my money. We phoned Mr D and they said there is nothing they can do about it. How can you just take someone's money. How will we ever trust Mr D again if they take the money but never bring your staff. VERY BAD MR D
