Would like to thanks the team that worked Saturday 5th December 2015 at the Kenilworth Mr Delivery. After a billing query, I did not have to do a thing. They called call centre and got back to me saying they have found my payment and all is in order. Many people in the service industry can learn a thing from them. Thanks guys!!
