Mr Cell Fix CAN'T FIX AS PROMISED

Bad experience. Pathetic. First said they are able to repair my Samsung S10+ to recover from a boot loop. Initially it would have taken 1 day. Then (with nothing achieved after 1 day and them telling me that they checked the battery and the software), they would require 3 more days to work on the "memory chip". So I agreed. After 3 days, no feedback, nothing. Not even a call to let me know what's going on. Then on day 8 when I enquired, the phone was "not ready", and they asked for 1 more day... (apparently waited for a "memory chip" - but can't make an effort to keep me posted). On day 9, after "1 more day", they informed me that they can't fix the phone, and that I can come collect it....All and all an extremely bad experience. Lots of guesswork by these people, empty promises, and lack of customer engagement. Stay away from these people.
