Worse Internet service

On the 4th of August when i was trying to log my laptop as i work from home Mozaic Fiber was not working i called to check on what was the issue and spoke to Mpho who asked me if i did pay for my subscription and i told him that always make payment on the 25th every month then i sent him POP since from then they haven't connected me always telling me stories and they said they will send technician since from the 05th August .My husband called Mpho's boss Papi on the 9th and he said he will send technicians on Sunday the 10th and he was also rude to him till today nothing has happened and i have proof of payments to date
