unfair treatment

We had booked two chalets and in the one on our day of checking out the lady inspecting as well as the manager were very racial towards us. The lady inspecting said \black people are boring"and they tried to make us pay for pillow cases that had eyeliner claiming it's hair dye. One of us had to take dishwashing liquid and wash the pillow cases themselves. They hadn't given us the correct towels and almost made us pay for that as well as an extra fork they had given us. The lady inspecting asked us why we didn't wash our own dishes even though they have cleaning services everyday. We almost lost our transport back home due to this matter and we still feel as if it was all unnecessary and only happened due to the fact that we are young black children on holiday without our parents"""
