Told by manager upon arrival "come back next weekend"
Arrived there last Saturday with our booking confirmation and we were told they don't have a room and they they sent us home. I wouldn't recommend it. After spending 90 mins driving there to be told go home. They didn't even try to make a plan with a nearby resort. They did say sorry. Was looking forward to a weekend away as I have not been away for two years and this is the disappointment that we got to be told to go home

Unfortunately you were not the only guest affected by this, due to the system error there were numerous double bookings and the staff attempted to handle the situation as best as they could.
