Pools dirty

We have been coming to Mount Amanzi for many years (parents have had timeshare for over 30 years) and have never been this disappointed.

The main issue being cleanliness. Especially when considering the pools. Green algae on the walls, dirty floors, and trash floating on the surface. The pools were in such a bad state that we felt uncomfortable to enter and barely swam this whole week.

I have reported the cleanliness of the pools to the reception. Unfortunately nothing has been done.
