Not bad, but could be greatly improved
I had serious problems at reception, after booking on Booking.com and receiving confirmation. Had to wait for ages while the receptionists organized everything. Then the air conditioner in the room dripped all over the couch, and everything that was on the couch. Room D27. Not the kind of thing that inspires a 5-star review.
