Needs some work but stunning grounds!

I have decided to go with a 2 star for the following reasons: 1) you are only allowed to check in at 4 but have to leave at 10. That's a day paid for and wasted. 2) the EC pool area was not swept or cleaned in the morning so you get to a filthy pool each day 3) the indoor pool was mainly dirty and laced unbearably with chlorine 4) the showers have no pressure and really needs an updated head 5) the little shop needs way more variety to stop the clients leaving the resort. 6) we had the db board trip like twice and the maintenance man had no idea what he was doing.

The only reason you have 2 stars is because of the beautiful grounds and free walking buck, as well as your kiddies program.

The staff are lovely but the resort needs huge improvement and upgrades.
