House keeper (plotting stains)
Cleaners at Mount amanzi are perfect in plotting stain for you not to get a refund on your key money. This is happening for the second time. They will make sure you feel guilty for something you didn't not do.. The place is beautiful but workers there especially the lady called Christina.. This is the second time she was our house keeper.. And the very same thing happened

Upon investigation, it was confirmed that upon check out, the housekeeper noticed that the linen was stained with hair color and accordingly you were charged for the stained pillow cases and sheet.
Kindly also note that we do not have a housekeeper named Christina.
