Cancelled my booking 3 hours before departure
Used a daddy's deal voucher to book at Mount Amanzi. Then after confirmation a couple of days before, I receive a call from the middle man stating my unit is cancelled cause some stairs collapsed or some k*k reason. This is now 3 hours before departure. Usually I wont take this further, but this weekend came with excitement as it was a surprise for my wife's 50th birthday! Also had to cancel everything else booked because of this resort..
What a joke. Will never go there and I will share this far and wide..

We apologize for any inconvenience experienced. Unfortunately all bookings at the time had to be moved/cancelled due to critical maintenance on the staircases in the units.
We have been informed that alternative accommodation was offered, however you opted not to accept the offer.
