Worst service Linsday saker boksburg

So,this morning n take my car to vw boksburg for its service..The shuttle driver asks everyone where he should take them...I work between bonaero park and atlasville.Now anyo e that knows the area,knows that its close to vw boksburg,wich is near the eastrand mall.Driver decides to rather go drop people off on the otherside of Benoni!Upon complaining to him he argues with me that he did ask who he should drop 1st.Since when should customers argue amongst each other who should be dropped off first!!?Then 1o'clock n phone vw to make sure they will pick me up from work at 2.Lo and behold im informed that they don't have a shuttle in the afternoons.So n tell the rep that no one told me about this..What does he do?He argues with me that the lady who handles the bookins always tells all the customers that they dont have a shuttle in the morning..If that was the case then why oh why would n phone to make sure im being picked up!?Vw boksburg will NEVER see my business again.I have always used vw Kemton park,and i've always had great service there.And they actually pick you up after work!.But i have moved since to boksburg.Next time ill rather drive a bit further for better service.
