Worst service in the world

Worst service ever. I took my Amarok in so that they could check and find out why my aircon is not working properly, after my car spent the whole day there, according to them nothing is wrong (although it is still not working) so I went to fetch my vehicle again, upon arrival I noticed that my Amarok had ‘n scratch to the left side fender (photo attached). According to the workshop manager(not sure about his job description) nobody knows what happened. They did offer to fix it though.

After all of this I went to the mall, and when I wanted to pay for parking all of my small change had been ****** out of my removeable ashtray. Now I know we should remove all valuables from the vehicle, but I forgot and as far as I know the blower of the aircon is not situated in the removable ashtray so what they were looking for there I don’t know.

One thing I do know is that I will NEVER return to Lindsay Saker Volkswagen Bloemfontein.
