WORST SERVICE EVER AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP

If i could give less than 1 star service i would. This company has the worst service ever Hennie & FC should not be in business. we purchased the VW Amarok from them they delivered to Cape Town no service book or spare key was received I was told they will courier it. The vehicle was advertised with spotlights that was removed when i addressed it Hennie never responded and I received a call from FC informing me that the lights do not work and had to be removed he can send me the broken lights if i want ! False advertising.. we struggling to get the vehicle licenced as Hennie's communication was extremely poor we have been at the traffic department 4 x to try and sort the problem out only to be told the vehicle needs to go for roadworthy. FC the manager has finally reverted on the matter of the spare key and service book to say he will reprint one for us and issue a new key we are still waiting....
