Worst service ever and no responsibility taken!!!!

a dealership that cannot take responsibility for their work. My vehicle went in for a problem and the issue persisted. It has been months and a simple cv cannot be fixed. They do not get back to you on when parts will arrive, they also cannot give you proper reasons why the fault was not fixed. When I go there the staff always says there are issues in the workshop and technicians were fired. Response from the service manager when i raised my concerns:

All the info regarding your vehicle and what was done will be available at any VW dealership on the history for your vehicle.

I think it best seeing as you are so unhappy with our service to take your vehicle to another VW dealership. ''
